I designed a mixed-use building in Barrio Logan-Logan Ave & 26th street, including a one-bedroom apartment, one studio apartment, three retails/ business spaces/ food component, wellness, and public space. The skin of the building is from the three abstract contexts on the previous pages. I arranged the pieces from the three contexts to create an abstract model forming an envelope that represents the walls of my building to invent my program. I transformed some geometrical shapes to become soft, illustrating the connection between sharp and melted edges.
