I designed units for athletes who train at Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center, shaping the site where I chose to build my building. I created three separate buildings. Each building has four stories, Two of them have twelve units on every level, and the other has five units. The first floor has a gathering place with a small café and a terrace also, and every story has a laundry room that contains a washer and dryer carrying the same number as each apartment. Each unit represents a studio and has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom that allow sportspeople to stay for three months during training. Some of the apartments face Lower Otay Lake, and in other units, I designed their windows 45 degrees toward the lake so that the athlete can enjoy the view of the lake.
