Marwa Saeed

Multi-family residential apartments of two stories, 40 apartments, gym, swimming pool, shaded parking lots, trash rooms, solar system, electrical and maintenance rooms, and mailboxes. Screened and series of arches were installed to bring the natural light during the daytime, and artificial lights during the night, which gives the outdoor spaces a unique illumination. The units serve the daily bases of occupants and those with disability by creating special needs pool space and ADA apartments. The site is close to schools and a park, which provides an opportunity for families to be immediate to the most diverse activities and education levels.
